A period of 31-60 days is sufficient for the formation of an association; however, it may be a shorter or longer term, depending on certain regions. In rural areas, the required time is longer, as compared to urban areas. This period is also dependent on the place of residence of the founding members of the association. It is a shorter time period if all founders are from the same region wherein the association is established, while the process becomes a bit longer when the founders are from different regions, as authorities need more time to conduct background checks on founding members in their respective cities of residence.

The cost of setting up an association includes approved and certified copies of the organization’s statutes, the list of board members, and the minutes of the constituent general assembly.
